Storytelling Workshop
for Sir, This is a Wendy’s
Hi friends! 👋
This three-week storytelling workshop is just for the Sir, this is a Wendy’s community.
You’ll be guided to create and shape a personal story, touching on the practical side of what makes a story engaging, so you feel confident and connected in your telling. Together we’ll also explore identity, perspective, and the stories that make us who we are, then share them at a cozy “grad” event.
Bonus! you’ll have a 45-minute one-on-one coaching session with me, Veronica, to refine your draft, get feedback, and feel fully ready for the event.
Location: TBC, in-person (backup: Toronto Reference Library study room)
Participant Cap: 6 Cost: $60 (pay by e-transfer)
Week 1: Finding Your Story (Nov 30, 12:30 - 2:30 pm)
We’ll kick things off by noticing the stories already sitting inside you. This session is all about uncovering those moments that matter and starting to trust your own voice.
Week 2: Shaping Your Narrative (Dec 7, 12:30 - 2:30 pm)
Now that you’ve found a story, we’ll play with how to tell it. We’ll look at what gives it meaning and find a flow that feels natural for you.
Week 3: Polishing & Getting Ready (Dec 14, 12:30 -2:30 pm)
With your draft in hand, we’ll work on adding colour and detail so your story comes alive. This is where speaking it out loud might shift how you see both your story and yourself.
One-on-One Coaching (After Dec 14)
You’ll get a 45 minute personal session with Veronica to fine-tune your story and feel good about sharing it. Think of it as your chance to get feedback made just for you before the big day.
Storytelling Event (Jan 2026)
We’ll wrap it all up by sharing our stories together in community. It’s not about putting on a show. It’s about being witnessed, celebrating the journey, and maybe even surprising yourself.
My (Mosaic Stories) Take on Storytelling
I don’t treat stories like performances to perfect. They’re more like conversations you have with yourself that you’ve welcomed others to listen in on.
The workshops are about giving you space to explore your own voice, notice what’s shaped you, and share in a way that feels real. By the time you step into the grad event, you’ll have more than just a story to tell. You’ll have spent time reflecting, connecting, and finding out what your story means to you.
The telling part is important, but the real outcome is how different you’ll feel once you’ve spoken it out loud.
